Where Fire
Meets Hands
Inside our Bogotá factory, 300 artisans transform molten glass into precision vessels — one breath at a time.
Raw Materials
It begins with 100% recyclable glass. No virgin raw material extraction. No waste. Glass can be reborn endlessly without losing a fraction of its clarity or strength.
The Furnace
At over 1,000°C, raw glass transforms into molten form — glowing orange, alive with possibility. Our furnaces run with optimized efficiency, balancing temperature precision with responsible energy management.
Shaped by Hand
This is where Nivora is different. No machines. No molds stamping identical units. Our artisans use traditional glassblowing techniques — breath, gravity, and skilled hands — to shape each vase individually.
Annealing & Finishing
Each vase is slowly cooled in controlled annealing ovens to relieve internal stress — ensuring structural integrity and long-life durability. Hand-finished edges are smooth and rounded.
Quality Inspected
Every vase passes through our quality control team. Thickness, clarity, edge finish, structural integrity — inspected individually before it earns the Nivora name.
